Mediation Simplified

Mediation Simplified is India’s first interactive workbook on Negotiation and Mediation, which aims to support the academia, who are being tasked to either research or teach the subject at universities across the country. Practitioners of Mediation, lawyers or mediators, who are not oriented with the subject will also find the book to be a handy tool for research and quick learning.

Mediation Simplified is a genuine attempt to illustrate the theory of mediation in a practical and relatable manner. The intricately curated chapters allow the reader an immersive experience, to reflect on conflicting simulations and apply practical tools to strategically de-escalate, objectively analyse and amicably resolve the conflicting situation.

The book, Mediation Simplified, is The PACT’s way of giving back to the thousands of aspiring mediators in India, and, in a rather spiritual way, letting our vision travel to the many beautiful places that we haven’t visited, yet. The book has been written with love, consciously employing uncomplicated language to present the basic concepts of collaborative conflict resolution, specifically negotiation and mediation.
